Let's start with some facts

Windows 11 has no future, if privacy, data protection and data security are important to you.

Microsoft's former operating system has become a “digital playground” for hard-core profit interests and a data protection nightmare.

I don't support that. Customers who are continuing to use Windows 11 as the only operating system on their devices are no longer able to get support from my side. You can find more reasons for this decision in the German blogpost at andersGOOD.

Are there alternatives?

Luckily, YES! 🎉

Only two things are required:

💪 1. Courage

»Every change requires courage.«

Only if you have the courage to set off for this path, learn new things and endure some frustration along the way you'll enjoy the transition. For a result which will be long-lasting and sustainable.

🔢 2. Options (like "to have a choice")

Using 🐧 Linux will make you independent from the profit interests of large corporations and their greed for data in the long term.

You protect data and privacy and – unlike Microsoft – even give disused PCs, notebooks and Apple devices within your drawer a second life.

Check now which Linux version suits you best and share the result with me:

Need help with the switch?

I am the right person for:

  • 🤝 Uncomplicated support - especially during and even after making the switch to Linux
  • 💯 Selecting the Linux variant which fits you best - tailored to the area of application (desktop / server) and your needs
  • 💾 Installation of Linux on old devices such as PCs, notebooks and Apple hardware (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, etc.)
  • 🆓 Replacement of Windows-based software with free and Open Source software

But tool “XYZ” only runs on Windows!

If you are still dependent on Windows applications I will be happy to support you setting up one of the following (hybrid) solutions:

You can easily find out which version of Windows you are currently using by clicking on Settings, next on System, scroll down to the bottom and click on Info. The "Windows specifications" section will show your current edition and version.
